3. Products & Pricing
All kitchen ranges, finishes, and configurations displayed on this Site are for informational purposes only. Prices shown are indicative starting prices in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing depends on your specific configuration, kitchen dimensions, chosen finishes, appliances, and installation requirements. A formal written quotation will be provided after a showroom consultation or site measurement. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Consultations & Appointments
Showroom consultations are offered free of charge and are subject to availability. Booking a consultation does not constitute a purchase agreement or reservation of any product. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with reasonable notice. Design proposals and mood boards prepared during consultations remain the intellectual property of Nolte Küchen Bhopal until a formal purchase agreement is signed.
5. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to a signed purchase agreement and advance payment as agreed at the time of order. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance. Lead times for manufacturing and delivery are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, shipping, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
6. Installation
Installation services are provided by our trained team and are subject to the site being ready as per our pre-installation checklist. Any delays caused by incomplete civil work, unavailability of site access, or changes requested after installation has commenced may result in additional charges. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the kitchen space meets the agreed specifications prior to installation.
7. Warranty
Nolte Küchen products carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified by Nolte Küchen GmbH & Co. KG. Warranty terms vary by product component and are detailed in the warranty documentation provided at the time of delivery. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, water damage beyond normal use, or modifications made by third parties. For warranty claims, please contact us with your purchase details and a description of the issue.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design layouts — is the property of Nolte Küchen Bhopal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
